Privacy Policy

Standing commitment: Animus Infra does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize telemetry data or personal data, to anyone, under any circumstances. Nothing below changes that.

1. What This Site Collects

This site does not use cookies, third-party analytics, or ad-tracking scripts of any kind. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the Request Benchmark Access form:

We do not collect payment information on this site; commercial billing, where applicable, is handled separately under an executed order form.

2. How It's Processed

A benchmark-access submission is sent to inquiries@animusinfra.com via our transactional email provider (Resend), and a structured record is written to our hosting provider's (Vercel) private serverless function logs as the durable record of the request. If an internal notification webhook is configured, the same submission is also forwarded there. No submission is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than evaluating and responding to that specific request.

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of infrastructure subprocessors to operate this site and process requests, each solely as a data processor acting on our instructions, never as an independent recipient free to use your data for its own purposes:

Vercel — hosting and serverless request handling.
Resend — transactional email delivery for benchmark-access notifications.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any other third party, except where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Animus Infra, our users, or the public.

4. Telemetry Processed Through the Software

Under the Pilot Evaluation & Commercial License Agreement, Customer retains all rights in the telemetry data, event streams, and other content Customer processes through the Software during an evaluation or production engagement. Animus Infra claims no ownership interest in that data and does not access, retain, or sell it beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver support the Customer has requested.

5. Retention

Benchmark-access request records are retained only as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain a record of issued evaluation licenses, and meet our own legal/audit obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing inquiries@animusinfra.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable data-protection law in your jurisdiction.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is directed at institutional trading and infrastructure evaluators and is not intended for, nor knowingly directed at, children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
